My name is Stacey-lee Ferguson. A few years ago in 2019, I started working as a NDIS Support Coordinator and I saw the desperate need for a service that didn't treat their clients like a number.  A service that treated everyone as valued individuals.

I started to dream about starting my own business in 2020 and how I could make it happen.  And here we are, my very own small, family-owned South Australian business.

We all pride ourselves on a being able to give everyone a personalized individual service.  We believe that everyone has individual needs and individual expectations. This is why, all of our staff have different individual skills and education. This is why we are able to fit with all types of people and their individual situations. 

I decided to call my business "Elivate Care" because I feel that everyone should have the opportunity to be elevated to the best of their ability and we all have different abilities, so the word "Elevate" came to mind. The spelling was due to copy write, so that's the reason behind the different spelling too.

I hope that we fulfill all expectations of our service, but we are very aware that constructive criticism can really help to iron out any situations that may not be working as well as expected, so please feel free to fill out a client survey form, it can be anonymous if you prefer.
